  1. What area do you service? Glamping Slumber Party services the towns of South Shore of Massachusetts.

  2. Is there an age requirement for party guests? Yes, we recommend that guests should be at least 8 years old.

  3. Do you offer Sleep Under options? Yes, we can provide Sleep Unders and recommend that guests be at least 5 years old as well as supervised by an adult while using the Glampsite. Please message our Glamping crew with a specific date and time you are interested in for a Sleep Under. 

  4. What is included with my rental? See Themes, Details & Pricing page for full a description of what is included in each Package.  Each package includes set up and dismantling.

  5. How long are the rentals for a Sleepover? Rentals are for 1 night. If you would like an additional night, please email the Glamping Crew!

  6. How do you clean the rental items? Everything we provide is washed and sanitized between each event.

  7. Do guests need to bring their own pillows? Yes! Guests are required to sleep on their own pillows for hygienic purposes.

  8. What do the costumers need to do to prepare for the Slumber Party? Glamping Slumber Party is not responsible for moving any furniture. The area needs to be clear and ready to accommodate the Glampsite. Each tent and mattress is 4 feet wide and 6 ¼ feet long. You need to ensure that you have ample space for the Glampsite. We recommend that children, pets and especially the guest of honor are not in the party space at set up or pick up. This will allow our Glamping Crew to efficiently set up for the big party as well as for you to surprise the guest of honor! 

  9. When will you set up for the party? Glamping Slumber Party will coordinate with the costumer on a time to set up for the party. Set up can take between 1-2 hours depending on the size of the party.

  10. When do you pick up the rental items? Glamping Slumber Party will coordinate a time with the costumer to dismantle and pick up the rental items which will take approximately 1 hour. 

  11. How do I book an event? Please complete the Book A Party questionnaire and the Glamping Crew will get in touch with you to confirm the date and theme requested. Book ASAP to ensure availability. We offer parties on weekends throughout the year as well as weeknights during the Summer! 

  12. Do I need to put a deposit down in order to save the date of my event? Yes! A $100 deposit will be used to hold your party date as well as serve as a Security Deposit. Your $100 Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your party’s event as long as there is no damage to the rental items. If there is damage to the rental items, the replacement cost will be deducted from your Security Deposit. If there is a large damage to the rental items that exceeds $100, you will be charged an additional amount. We ask that you and your guests respect the rental items and do not damage the items. We are a small business and want to guarantee quality items at a reasonable price for every event.

  13. Is there a Delivery Charge? There is not a delivery charge if you are within 30 minutes of our business in Scituate, MA. If you are between 30-45 minutes away from our business, you will be charged $50.00. If you are between 45-60 miutes away from our business you will be charged $100.00 for delivery charge.

  14. Which payment methods do you accept? We currently accept Venmo. All events must be paid in full 7 days prior to your event or your party may be subject to cancellation without a refund on any amount paid toward the party, including the Security Deposit of $100. 

  15. What if I have to change my party date? Please email the Glamping Crew ASAP if you need to change your date. Change of date is based on availability.

  16. What if I need to cancel my party? If you need to cancel your event and are unable to reschedule it, your $100 Security Deposit will not be returned to you. Please consult our cancellation policy for additional details. 

  17. What is the maximum amount of tents that can be rented? The current maximum number of tents we can offer is 10.

  18. What is the minimum amount of tents that can be rented? The current minimum number of tents to rent is 2.

  19. Can Glampsite rentals be set up outside? No, Glampsite rentals are for indoor use only.

  20. Do you have any recommendations for who to contact for Balloon Arches, Fancy Cookies and Cupcakes? Yes! Email the Glamping Crew and we can let you know our favorite recommendations in this area to help you with your party needs!
